Massage chair instructions in four steps

The full setup chapter is in your manual. These are the four steps every owner should take on day one.

Step 1

Choose the spot

A flat, level floor indoors, away from direct sun and heaters. Leave clear space behind and in front for a full recline.

Step 2

Connect power

Plug into a grounded wall outlet. Every 360massage chair runs on 110–240 V, so no dedicated circuit and no extension cords.

Step 3

Run a first check

Start a short program at the lowest intensity. Confirm the backrest reclines, the leg rest moves and the airbags inflate.

Step 4

Start your session

Sit fully back with your feet in the foot massager and stay still during the body scan. Begin with 10 to 15 minutes.

Massage chair manual FAQ

1. How do I reset a chair?

Stop the massage and let the chair return to the upright position. Turn the main power switch off, unplug the chair and wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in and switch it on. This full reset clears most unexpected behavior. If the problem continues, check the troubleshooting table in your chair’s manual, then contact 360massage support.

2. Can I sit in a massage chair for 2 hours?

A two-hour session is not recommended. Every 360massage manual advises starting with short sessions of 10 to 15 minutes at low intensity, and 15 to 30 minutes is the usual range once you know how your body responds. Several shorter sessions through the day are better than one long one, and you should not fall asleep in the chair while it is running.

3. Is the massage chair manual available in Spanish?

Yes. Every 360massage use and care manual is bilingual. The English manual comes first, followed by the complete Spanish edition, the Manual de uso y cuidado, in the same PDF.

4. Where do I find my chair's serial number?

The serial number is printed on the label on your chair. The warranty page at the end of each manual has a line to write it down, so you have it ready whenever you contact support.

5. Can I print the massage chair user manual?
