  • Chairs that arrive damaged, when reported within 48 hours

Not covered

  • Normal wear: fading, creasing or softening of upholstery
  • Damage from misuse, drops, spills, pets or sharp objects
  • Use on incorrect voltage or without a grounded outlet
  • Commercial or rental use without a commercial agreement
  • Repairs or disassembly by anyone we did not authorise
  • Cosmetic marks that do not affect how the chair works
  • Exceeding the stated user weight or height limits
  • Loss or damage to accessories, covers and packaging
  • Chairs bought secondhand or from an unauthorised reseller

Get in touch

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your order number, chair model, a short description, and a photo or video of the issue.

Remote diagnosis

A technician reviews your case and, where useful, joins you on a video call to identify the fault. Many faults turn out to be settings or a loose connector.

Repair or replace

If a part is needed we ship it free of charge with fitting instructions. Where a fault cannot be repaired, we arrange a replacement unit.

The terms, in plain English

This warranty sits alongside your 90-day return window and free delivery. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United States.

Duration. 3 Year from the date your chair is delivered.

Who it covers. The original purchaser, at the delivery address on the order. The warranty is not transferable if the chair is resold.

Where it applies. The continental United States. Parts are shipped to your delivery address.

What we need. Your order number or proof of purchase, the chair model, and clear photos or video of the fault.

Intended use. Residential use. Chairs placed in spas, offices, hotels, gyms or other commercial settings are covered under a separate commercial agreement, which our team will arrange with you.

Replacement parts. Parts supplied under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original 36-month period, not a new term.

Transit damage. Inspect your chair on delivery. Report any damage to us within 48 hours with photographs so we can act on it quickly.

Does the warranty start when I order or when the chair arrives?
Coverage begins on the day the chair is delivered to you. Because our chairs ship from the manufacturer with a lead time of around 30 days, the waiting period never eats into your 36 months.
No. Your order record is your registration. Keep your order number or receipt and we can look everything up.
We do. Approved parts are shipped to you free of charge for the full 36 months.
Most faults are resolved remotely with guided support over WhatsApp or video call, and a part you fit yourself in minutes. Where a fault genuinely cannot be handled that way, contact us and we will agree the right approach with you.
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage reported in that window is fully covered.
Yes. Chairs used in spas, offices, hotels, gyms and waiting rooms run far more hours per day, so they are covered under a separate commercial agreement. Speak to our team before ordering.
If you are within 90 days of delivery you can use our return policy instead. After that window, the warranty is the route to a repair or replacement.
Manufacturing and stitching defects are covered. Normal wear such as fading, creasing or softening over time is not, as this is expected with use.
