These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed with 360massage through 360massage.com. They form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Together with our Returns and Refund Policy, our Warranty and our Privacy Policy, they are the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase.

We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, and usually much sooner during business hours.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, be able to form a binding contract, and provide a delivery address within the continental United States. We do not currently deliver outside that area.
Our chairs are sold for residential use. If you intend to place a chair in a spa, hotel, office, gym, clinic or any other commercial setting, contact us before ordering so we can arrange the appropriate commercial terms and warranty.
We sell the Weltron, Auren, Ayla, Rayan and Niyak massage chairs, along with any other models listed on our website from time to time. Several models can be customised, including colour and finish options shown on the product page.
Customised chairs are built to your specification after your order is confirmed. This does not affect your return rights: customised and custom-colour chairs are returnable on exactly the same terms as our standard models.
We take care to describe and photograph our chairs accurately. Screens vary, so colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person than they do on your device. Product photography is illustrative, and minor variations in grain, stitching and texture are a normal characteristic of upholstered furniture.
Specifications, dimensions and features may be updated by the manufacturer. We list the specification current at the time of your order. If a change is material, we will tell you before your chair ships and you may cancel for a full refund.
All prices are shown in US dollars and include free delivery within our delivery area. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged to your payment method. We do not add handling fees, surcharges or delivery charges after checkout. Where sales tax applies, it is shown before you confirm your order.
Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. Occasionally a chair may be listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error. Where this happens we will contact you before processing the order, and you may either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but the contract between us is formed when we confirm that your chair has been dispatched.
We may decline an order where the chair is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your chair enters production once payment has cleared.
We offer Affirm, Klarna and Cash App Afterpay at checkout. These are independent third-party providers. 360massage is not the lender and does not decide your eligibility, credit limit, interest rate or repayment schedule.
Approval, the rate you are offered and the terms of your plan are set by the provider and are subject to their own agreement, which you enter into with them directly. Advertised terms such as 0% APR are available to eligible buyers only and are determined by the provider, not by us. Please read your provider agreement before you commit.
If you return a chair that was financed, we refund the provider and your balance with them is adjusted accordingly.
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your chair ships. Contact us and we will refund you in full within 5 business days. If you want to change the colour, finish or model, tell us as early as possible and we will accommodate it wherever production allows.
Once your chair has shipped, use your 90-day return right instead. You are never left without an option.
Delivery is free within the continental United States. Chairs are built to order and typically arrive within 30 days of order confirmation, depending on your location and the model you have chosen. We send tracking details once your chair ships.
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Where a delay is significant we will keep you informed, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery. Please make sure the chair can physically reach its intended room: measure doorways, hallways, stairs and lifts before ordering. If a delivery cannot be completed because access was not possible or nobody was available, we will work with you to rearrange it.
Please inspect your chair when it arrives. Report any transit damage or missing parts to us within 48 hours with photographs so we can act quickly.
Risk in the chair passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
You may return any chair within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Return shipping is free, there is no restocking fee, and custom-colour chairs are included on the same terms. Every chair carries a 3-year limited warranty covering parts and mechanical components. What is covered, what is excluded and how to make a claim are set out in our Warranty, which also forms part of these terms.
Nothing in our warranty limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Our chairs are intended for personal relaxation and comfort in a residential setting. Please read the manual supplied with your chair before first use and follow it.
Observe the stated user height and weight limits for your model. Do not allow children to use or play on the chair, and do not leave anyone unable to operate the controls unsupervised in it. Keep hands, hair, loose clothing and pets clear of moving parts. Use the chair on a level surface with the clearance stated in the manual, and connect it only to a correctly rated, grounded outlet.
Our massage chairs are general wellness and relaxation products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on our website, in our marketing or in our product materials is medical advice. Our chairs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Consult a qualified physician before using a massage chair if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, or have osteoporosis, blood clots or a history of thrombosis, a recent injury, fracture or surgery, a herniated or slipped disc, severe varicose veins, a malignancy, open wounds or skin conditions, or if you are otherwise under medical supervision.
Stop using the chair and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort. You use the chair at your own risk and are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances.
Some customers are able to pay for a massage chair using FSA or HSA funds, usually where a licensed healthcare provider has issued a Letter of Medical Necessity. Whether your purchase qualifies is decided by your plan administrator and by applicable tax rules, not by us. We cannot advise on eligibility and we make no representation that any purchase will qualify.
The 360massage name, logo, website design, photography, video, copy and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
If you submit a review, photo, video or comment, you confirm it is your own, accurate, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, and you can ask us to stop using it at any time.
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
Please do not use our website to break the law, place fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it by automated means, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Our website links to third-party services including payment providers, financing providers and delivery carriers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply to your use of them.
We provide our website and its content on an as-is basis. While we work hard to keep everything accurate and available, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
This does not affect our obligations in relation to the chairs we sell, which are covered by our warranty, our returns policy and your rights under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the chair concerned.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your purchase or your use of our website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a chair contrary to the manual and section 15, or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Will County, Illinois have jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We ask that you give us 30 days to put it right before starting formal proceedings. In our experience almost everything is resolved with a phone call.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our operations or the law. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. We show the last updated date at the top of this page.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if our business is sold, provided your rights are not reduced.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier failure, war and government restrictions.
