before buying the Rayan I actually messaged them on WhatsApp first because I had a few questions and honestly wasn’t sure which chair would make the most sense for me. the conversation helped a lot and I didn’t feel rushed into buying anything, which I appreciated.
I ended up going with the [color] Rayan and also used the installment option. that made the purchase a lot easier for me because I didn’t really want to pay for the whole thing upfront.
I’ve had it for a little while now and I mostly use it at night after work. I sit at a desk a lot, so the back and shoulder massage was really what mattered to me more than all the extra features.
the foot massage was actually too strong for me at first. I remember turning it down pretty quickly the first couple times because it just wasn’t comfortable on the higher setting. now that I know what intensity I like, it’s much better.
same with the chair in general actually. I spent the first few days trying different programs, but now I basically use the same couple settings every time. I don’t think I’ll ever use half of what’s in there lol.
overall I’m happy with it. the buying process was easy, being able to pay in installments helped, and most importantly I’m actually using the chair regularly instead of it just sitting there.
