Every session starts with the body scan. Ayla reads where your shoulders sit and how you are positioned, then lines up the rollers and airbags with your shape. Sit fully back and stay still for those few seconds so the scan is accurate. The 4D rollers then vary their rhythm, pressure and flow as they move, and the leg rest extends automatically to suit your height.
You can run Ayla two ways from the touchscreen tablet. Auto programs are ready-made relaxation sessions: choose one and the chair coordinates the rollers, airbags, foot massage and heat for you. Manual mode puts you in charge of speed, range, pressure and technique, and lets you set how long the session runs.
Most fitting problems come from the delivery path, not the room. Check three things before you order.
1. Measure every doorway on the way in. That includes the front door, tight hallway turns and the door of the room itself. Ayla needs an opening of at least 83 cm (32.7 in). If a door is narrower, the side panels can be removed so the chair passes through 60 cm (23.6 in).
2. Plan space for the recline. Ayla measures 137 × 91 × 153 cm (53.9 × 35.8 × 60.2 in) assembled. In zero gravity the backrest moves back and the leg rest extends, so leave clear space behind and in front of the chair.
3. Find the outlet. Ayla runs on 110-240V and plugs into a properly grounded wall outlet, with no dedicated circuit. The manual asks you not to use extension cords or multi-plug adapters, so place the chair close enough to an outlet that the cord is not stretched or crossing a walkway. You choose the plug type when you order.
Pick a flat, dry spot indoors at normal room temperature, away from damp areas. Ayla weighs 130 kg (286.6 lb): move it with two or more people, never lift it by the armrests, leg rest or headrest, and never drag it across the floor.
Ayla comes in three finishes, each with its own accent color on the side shell.
These three are the only options for Ayla, and the interior and footrest finishes are the same on every chair. If you want to pick the body color yourself, Weltron and Auren offer 18-color custom panels; the comparison below shows the other differences.
Shipping is free. Ready-to-deliver models arrive in 5-7 days; built-to-order models take 30-40 days. If you need Ayla by a certain date, ask us which applies to the color you want before you order. The shipping page explains how delivery works.
Once the chair is in place, setup is short:
The manual suggests starting with a 10-15 minute session at low intensity. Heat takes a few minutes to warm up. To stop all movement immediately, turn the main power switch OFF.
The manual also lists situations where you should check with a doctor before using any massage chair, such as pregnancy or a pacemaker, along with rules for children and pets. Read that section first. You can download it, and the manuals for every other model, from the use and care manuals page.
Every Ayla is covered by a 3-year warranty that includes free spare parts. Cover starts on the day the chair is delivered, not the day it ships, so a built-to-order chair loses none of its warranty time in transit. The full terms are on the warranty page.

If Ayla is not right for you, you have 90 days to return it, with free return shipping and no restocking fee; see the returns policy. To spread the cost, you can pay in 24-36 monthly payments through Affirm or choose Klarna at checkout. The financing page explains both options.

Choose Ayla if you want a 4D chair with a body scan, three zero gravity levels and voice control in a softer, color-led design. If leg movement matters most, Auren adds ROVO robotic legs with walking simulation. For a 5D mechanism and custom body colors, look at Weltron. Rayan pairs a curved SL-track with quilted leather and gold trim, Niyak uses an ErgoFlex S and L-Track in 6 colors, and Raha adds a Thai stretch with two push rods. All of them are on the 4D massage chairs page.
| Model | Mechanism | Stand-out features | Colors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weltron | 5D, SL-track | 22 auto massage modes, silicone leather | 7, plus 18-color custom panels |

Salons, spas, offices, waiting rooms and shopping malls can order Ayla with commercial features installed, including card payment acceptance and a QR reader, so visitors can pay for a session without staff. The vending version costs the same as the home version and carries the same 3-year warranty with free spare parts. For shared use, the dry-cloth routine for the tablet and sensors and the mild-soap wipe for the upholstery keep the chair presentable between guests.
See how it works on the vending massage chairs page, or read about placing several chairs in a venue on the commercial massage chairs page.
Yes. Ayla uses 4D rollers that change rhythm, pressure and flow as they move, and a body scan positions them before each session. Weltron is the only 5D chair in the lineup.
Pink (rose and cream with rose-gold accents), Blue (navy and soft grey) and Black (matte black). Ayla does not offer custom body panels; Weltron and Auren do.
The assembled chair measures 137 × 91 × 153 cm (53.9 × 35.8 × 60.2 in) and weighs 130 kg (286.6 lb). Leave extra space behind and in front of it for the zero gravity recline.
Ayla needs a doorway of at least 83 cm (32.7 in). With the side panels removed it passes through 60 cm (23.6 in). Measure every door and turn on the delivery path, not just the room.
No. It runs on 110-240V, 50-60 Hz and plugs into a properly grounded wall outlet without a dedicated circuit. You choose the plug type when you order. Do not use an extension cord or multi-plug adapter.
The leg rest extends automatically to match your height. The manual does not list a height range, so if you are unusually tall or short, contact us with your height before you order.
A built-in sensor gives a reading that appears on the tablet. It is for reference only; Ayla is not a medical device and the reading should not be used for diagnosis.

Scarlett M.
I should probably start by saying that I’m very particular about the things I bring into my home, especially when they’re going to be part of my everyday routine.
I care about the little details more than most people probably do. how something looks in the room, how it feels, whether it’s too loud, too harsh, too bulky… I notice all of it. so choosing a massage chair took me a while.
the pink Ayla was actually one of the first things that caught my attention. I really didn’t want a massage chair that made the room feel clinical or overly masculine. I wanted something softer and more elegant, and the pink was exactly that for me. it’s feminine without looking childish, and in person it fits into the room much better than I expected.
I’m also someone who takes my wellness routine pretty seriously. I get massages regularly, I’m very consistent with skincare and self-care, and I really value having a little quiet time at the end of the day. because of that, I’m quite sensitive to pressure and I know very quickly when something doesn’t feel right.
the leg compression was actually a little too strong for me at first. I had to turn it down almost immediately. I know some people probably love stronger pressure, but I’m definitely not one of them. once I adjusted it though, it became much more comfortable.
I’m the same way with the shoulder massage. if the rollers are even slightly too high or too low, I notice it. the body scan usually does a good job, but I still make small adjustments sometimes because I’m honestly very picky about that kind of thing.
after I found the settings that worked for me, I started enjoying the chair a lot more.
my favorite way to use it is in the evening after I’ve showered and finished my skincare. I usually turn on the heat, recline into zero gravity and use one of the gentler programs. it’s become a really nice part of my routine and probably the time of day when I actually slow down.
I still don’t use the strongest settings, and I do wish the body scan was perfect every single time. those would probably be my two small complaints.
but overall, I’m very happy with Ayla. if you’re someone who is sensitive to pressure, cares about how things look in your home and wants something that feels a little more refined than the typical massage chair, I think you’ll understand why I liked this one.
