Most fitting problems come from the delivery path, not the room. Three checks before you order save a lot of trouble on delivery day.
1. Measure every doorway on the way in. That means the front door, any tight hallway turns and the door of the room itself. Weltron needs an opening of at least 83 cm (32.7 in). If a door is narrower, the side panels can be removed so the chair passes through 60 cm (23.6 in).
2. Plan the space for the recline. Upright, Weltron is 192 cm long, 95 cm wide and 153 cm high (75.6 × 37.4 × 60.2 in). The backrest moves back and the leg rest rises in zero gravity, so leave clear space behind and in front of the chair rather than pushing it against a wall. Check the clearance in zero gravity before your first full session.
3. Find the outlet. Weltron runs on 110-240V and plugs into a standard grounded wall outlet, with no dedicated circuit. The manual asks you not to use extension cords or multi-plug adapters, so place the chair close enough to an outlet that the cord is not stretched or crossing a walkway. You choose the plug type when you order.
Pick a flat, level spot indoors, away from direct sunlight, heaters and moisture, and put a rug or soft mat under the chair on hard floors. At 176 kg (388 lb), Weltron should always be moved by two or more people, never lifted by the armrests, leg rest or headrest.
Weltron comes in seven standard colors: White, Blue, Yellow, Red, Black, Green and Silver, all in the same premium silicone leather. If none of them suits your room, the Weltron custom color builder lets you choose the body color from 18 custom panel colors.
Customization covers the body color only. The interior and footrest finishes are the same on every Weltron and cannot be changed. Custom-color chairs are built to order, so allow 30-40 days for delivery.
Shipping is free. A Weltron in a ready-to-deliver color arrives in 5-7 days; built-to-order chairs, including every custom-panel Weltron, take 30-40 days. If you need the chair by a certain date, ask us which colors are ready to deliver before you order. The shipping page explains how delivery works.
Setup takes a few minutes once the chair is in place:
Before your first full massage, run a short program at low intensity and check that the backrest reclines, the leg rest moves, the armrests move freely and the airbags inflate and release. The manual suggests starting with a 10-15 minute session at low intensity, and switching the chair off for 30 minutes after long continuous use.
The manual also lists situations where you should check with a doctor before using any massage chair, such as pregnancy or an implanted device, along with safety rules for children and pets. Read that section first. You can download it, and the manuals for every other model, from the use and care manuals page.
Every Weltron is covered by a 3-year warranty that includes free spare parts. Cover starts on the day the chair is delivered, not the day it ships, so a built-to-order chair loses none of its warranty time in transit. The full terms are on the warranty page.

Weltron is the only 5D chair in the 360massage lineup and has the most auto massage modes. Choose it if you want that mechanism and the widest choice of finishes. If a walking-simulation leg massage matters more to you, look at Auren, which shares the SL-track and the 18-color custom panels. If you want a 4D chair in a fixed standard color, Ayla, Rayan and Niyak cover that range, and Raha adds a Thai stretch with two push rods and is ready to deliver.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weltron | 5D | SL-track | 22 auto modes plus manual modes | 7, plus 18-color custom panels |

Hotels, spas, offices, gyms and shopping malls can order Weltron with commercial features installed, including card payment acceptance and a QR reader, so guests can pay for a session without staff. The vending version costs the same as the home version and carries the same 3-year warranty with free spare parts.
See how it works on the vending massage chairs page, or read about placing several chairs in a venue on the commercial massage chairs page.
Weltron is a 5D massage chair. Its rollers run on an SL-track that follows the back from the neck down under the seat, and the 5D mechanism adjusts roller depth, speed and rhythm in real time. The other chairs in the 360massage lineup use 4D mechanisms. Our guide to 5D massage chairs explains the difference.
Upright, Weltron measures 192 × 95 × 153 cm (75.6 × 37.4 × 60.2 in) and weighs 176 kg (388 lb). Leave extra space behind and in front of it for the zero gravity recline.
Weltron needs a doorway of at least 83 cm (32.7 in). With the side panels removed it passes through 60 cm (23.6 in). Measure every door and turn on the delivery path, not just the room.
No. It runs on 110-240V, 50-60 Hz with a rated power of 120 W and plugs into a standard grounded wall outlet without a dedicated circuit. You choose the plug type when you order. Do not use an extension cord or multi-plug adapter.
Weltron has 22 auto massage modes, grouped into stress and unwind, fatigue recovery, deep soreness, full-body restore and quick reset. Manual modes let you set the technique, area and intensity yourself.

I won’t pretend this was an easy purchase because the Weltron is definitely an investment. I spent a lot of time looking at different chairs before deciding on this one. What sold me was that it wasn’t just another massage chair with a long feature list. The massage itself feels very adjustable, the body scanning has been accurate for me, and the air compression is surprisingly strong when you turn it up. I also like having so many automatic programs because sometimes I don’t want to manually adjust ten different settings. I just pick a program depending on how I’m feeling that day and let it do its thing. So far I’m very happy with the decision.

Overall I’ve had a really good experience with 360Massage. Nothing felt overly complicated, which I appreciated. I contacted them before purchasing because I had some questions about the different chairs and they were helpful without being pushy. The chair arrived fine and I’ve been using it regularly since then. My favorite thing is probably being able to just sit down for 15 or 20 minutes whenever I want instead of having to plan an appointment somewhere. It’s definitely become one of the most used things in our house.

We originally bought the Weltron for one person in the house and that lasted about two days 😂. Now everybody uses it and somehow we all have completely different favorite settings. I like the stronger full-body massage and leg stretch, while my wife usually keeps the intensity lower and uses the heat and zero gravity. The automatic body scan is really useful when different people are using the same chair because you don’t have to spend forever adjusting everything each time. We also use the Bluetooth speakers more than I thought we would. Put some music on, recline the chair and disappear for half an hour. It’s become the chair everyone fights over now.

The Weltron looks a little crazy in pictures, but seeing it and using it in person is another thing. It really does feel more like a piece of technology than a normal recliner with massage rollers inside it. The arm sections moving with you when the chair reclines is a really nice touch, and the air compression around the arms and legs makes the massage feel much more complete. I didn’t think I would care about things like voice control or the touchscreens, but they’re actually convenient once you start using the chair regularly. I can change what I need without having to sit up and mess around with controls halfway through a massage.

I bought the weltron recently and yeah, this was definitely not one of those purchases I made quickly. I looked around for quite a while before deciding on it, mostly because at this price you really want to be sure.
So far though, I’m really enjoying it
The massage itself feels much better than I expected from a chair. Especially around the back and shoulders, it doesn’t just feel like the same rollers going up and down over and over. It changes quite a bit depending on the program and honestly I’m still figuring out which settings I like the most.
The zero gravity position is probably one of my favorite parts. Sometimes I’ll sit in it even when I’m not planning on doing a full massage lol. The leg/foot massage is also pretty intense, in a good way, although I had to play around with the settings a little at first.
One thing I would say is there are A LOT of functions. At first it was almost too much and I didn’t really know what half of them were for. After using it a few times though it starts making more sense.
It’s also a huge chair, which I knew before buying obviously, but seeing it in the room is different 🙂 definitely check your space.
Anyway, still pretty new for me so I can’t say how it’ll hold up years from now, but based on the actual massage and how often I’ve been using it, I’m happy with the purchase so far. It feels like something I’ll actually keep using rather than one of those expensive things that just sits there.
