Privacy Policy

How 360massage collects, uses and protects your personal information, and the rights you have over it. This policy applies to everyone who visits our website or buys from us, anywhere in the world.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

The short version

The detail is below, but this is the substance of it.

We collect what an order needs

Your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payment card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach our servers.

We never sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we never have.

We share only to deliver

Payment providers, freight carriers, financing providers and our hosting and analytics tools. Nothing beyond what is needed.

You control your data

Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion at any time. Email us and we respond within 30 days.

Who we are and what we collect

1. Who we are

360massage sells luxury massage chairs worldwide from Joliet, Illinois. For the purposes of data protection law, including the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, 360massage is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Joliet, IL 60436
United States

For any privacy question or request, email admin@360massage.com or call (815) 865-0706. Please put “Privacy” in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address when you place an order. Any message, photo or video you send us about an order, a return or a warranty claim. Your chair preferences, such as colour and finish. Reviews or comments you submit.

Payment information. Your card or account details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure form. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, the card type and the transaction reference.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site and how long you stay. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, described in section 6.

Information from others. If you finance a purchase, your financing provider tells us whether your application was approved and the order it relates to. They do not share your credit file, income or score with us. Carriers tell us delivery status and confirmation.

We do not knowingly collect special category data such as health information. Please do not send us medical details in support messages; if you need to explain a health reason for a return, a general description is enough.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on one of the following legal bases for each use. The table below sets out both.

How we use your information

Sharing, storage and security

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the organisations that make your order possible, and only with what they need:

Payment providers. To take payment and process refunds securely.

Financing providers. Affirm, Klarna and Cash App Afterpay, where you choose to pay over time. You enter into a separate agreement with them and they act as their own data controller.

Freight carriers and delivery partners. Your name, address and phone number, so your chair can be delivered and collected.

Our manufacturer and fulfilment partners. The delivery address and chair specification needed to build and dispatch your order.

Customs authorities. The information legally required to clear your chair through customs, since we act as importer of record on international orders.

Technology providers. Our web hosting and website platform, our email provider, and Google, which supplies our website analytics, tag management, form protection and Shopping listings. Where we run advertising, our advertising platforms measure whether it worked. These providers act on our instructions, except where they operate as their own controller for their own purposes, which we explain in section 6.

Messages you send us. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried and processed by Meta under its own privacy policy. Enquiries sent through the form on our website are emailed to us and also stored in our website database, so that a message is never lost if email delivery fails. We delete stored enquiries once they are no longer needed.

Security providers. Our website security service records IP addresses, request details and login attempts in order to block automated attacks and fraudulent orders. We keep those logs for a short period only.

Professional advisers and authorities. Our accountants and lawyers where necessary, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.

5. Where your information is stored, and international transfers

We are based in the United States and our systems are hosted there. If you order from outside the United States, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be processed in other countries where our providers operate.

Data protection law in those countries may differ from the law in your own. Where we transfer personal information out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where needed. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies keep the site working. They remember your basket, keep you signed in and secure the checkout. The site cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they leave, so we can improve the site. This is reporting on patterns, not on you individually.

Advertising cookies from the Pinterest Tag let us measure whether our advertising works and show relevant ads to people who have visited us.

Security. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. Its use is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms.

Your choices. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Pinterest personalisation can be switched off in your Pinterest account settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the basket and checkout working.

7. How we protect your information

Our website runs over an encrypted connection. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never stored on our servers. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and is protected by individual accounts and strong authentication.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information and creates a risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant regulator without undue delay, as the law requires.

Your rights

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it. Email admin@360massage.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Note that we must keep order and tax records for seven years, so we cannot always delete everything immediately. Where that applies we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

9. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner’s Office. In the European Economic Area it is the supervisory authority in your country of residence. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, but that right is yours regardless.

10. If you are in California

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money and never have. Where advertising cookies are used to measure or target advertising, that activity may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can stop it using the browser and provider controls in section 6, or by emailing us and asking us to opt you out.

11. If you are elsewhere in the United States

Several states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, give residents similar rights to access, correct, delete and opt out. If you live in one of them, contact us and we will handle your request under your state’s law.

12. Marketing

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. It will not affect emails about an order you have placed, which we have to send you either way.

13. Children

Our website and products are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you directly.
