1. Affiliate Relationship
By joining the 360massage Affiliate Program, you agree to promote 360massage products as an independent affiliate partner.
You are not an employee, agent, legal representative, franchisee, or official reseller of 360massage unless a separate written reseller or partnership agreement has been signed.
This agreement applies specifically to affiliate referrals and commission-based sales.
2. Eligible Affiliates
The 360massage Affiliate Program is open to both U.S. and international partners, including but not limited to:
- Influencers and content creators
- Bloggers and review websites
- Coupon and deal websites
- Ecommerce businesses
- Consultants and sales partners
- Wellness, furniture, lifestyle, and home improvement marketers
- Individuals with a relevant audience or customer network
360massage reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.
3. Qualified Sales
A qualified sale means a verified paid order generated through the affiliate’s approved tracking method.
Only verified and paid customer orders are eligible for commission.
A sale may be tracked through:
- An approved affiliate link
- A unique affiliate coupon code
- A direct referral confirmed by 360massage
- Another approved tracking method provided or accepted by 360massage
Orders that are unpaid, cancelled before payment, fraudulent, duplicated, or not properly verified by 360massage are not considered qualified sales.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission based on the number of chairs sold through verified paid orders.
For more than 10 chairs sold, commission is negotiable and may be adjusted based on sales volume, partnership structure, product type, and mutual agreement between 360massage and the affiliate.
Commission is calculated based on the eligible product sale amount confirmed by 360massage.
5. Cookie Duration
360massage offers a 90-day cookie duration for affiliate tracking.
This means that if a customer clicks an approved affiliate link and completes a verified paid order within 90 days, the affiliate may receive commission for that sale, provided the order is properly tracked and verified.
If multiple affiliate links, codes, or referral sources are involved, 360massage may determine the credited affiliate based on its tracking system, coupon use, referral records, or internal review.
6. Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are paid after a qualified paid order is verified.
There is no minimum payout threshold. Affiliates may receive their commission after each verified paid sale.
360massage accepts different payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfer, PayPal, check, store credit, or another payment method agreed between 360massage and the affiliate.
The affiliate is responsible for providing correct payment information. 360massage is not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Adjustments
If an order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent after commission has already been paid, 360massage reserves the right to reverse, deduct, or adjust the related commission from future payments.
Only verified paid orders are eligible for commission.
360massage may review any order if there is a concern about fraud, tracking abuse, misleading promotion, customer confusion, or violation of this agreement.
8. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote 360massage through approved and ethical marketing methods, including:
- Websites and blogs
- Social media content
- YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and similar platforms
- Email marketing
- Paid advertising
- Coupon and deal websites
- Product reviews and comparison content
- Direct referral and personal sales outreach
- Ecommerce and content marketing channels
All promotional activity must be accurate, honest, and consistent with 360massage branding and product information.
9. Paid Advertising Rules
Affiliates are allowed to use paid advertising to promote 360massage products.
However, affiliates are not allowed to bid on, target, or misuse 360massage brand terms in search ads or paid campaigns.
Restricted brand terms include, but are not limited to:
- 360massage
- Weltron
- Auren
- Ayla
- Rayan
- Niyak
- Any other 360massage product name, brand name, trademark, or close variation
Affiliates may not create ads that appear to be official 360massage ads unless they receive written approval from 360massage.
Affiliates may not use misleading display URLs, fake discounts, unauthorized claims, or ad copy that suggests they are the official 360massage website.
10. Coupon Codes and Deal Websites
Affiliates may use coupon codes, discount codes, and deal websites to promote 360massage products.
Affiliate-created codes must be approved by 360massage before use.
Affiliates may not publish fake, expired, unauthorized, or misleading discounts.
360massage reserves the right to remove, disable, or reject any coupon code or promotional offer that does not align with its pricing, brand, or business goals.
11. Use of Product Images, Videos, and Marketing Materials
Affiliates are allowed to use approved 360massage product images, videos, website visuals, branding assets, and marketing materials to promote 360massage products.
These materials may only be used for the purpose of promoting 360massage.
Affiliates may not edit, distort, misrepresent, or use 360massage visuals in a way that damages the brand, creates false expectations, or misleads customers.
360massage may ask an affiliate to remove or update any image, video, claim, or promotional material at any time.
12. Product Claims and Brand Representation
Affiliates must promote 360massage products honestly and responsibly.
Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed-result claims unless those claims are officially provided or approved by 360massage.
Affiliates may not claim that a massage chair cures, treats, prevents, or diagnoses any disease or medical condition.
Affiliates may describe general comfort, relaxation, wellness, recovery support, design, customization, and product features based on official 360massage information.
13. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for following all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws in their location and in the markets where they promote 360massage products.
Where required, affiliates should clearly disclose that they may earn commission from qualifying purchases.
The affiliate is responsible for making sure their promotional content follows applicable advertising rules and platform policies.
14. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam, misleading emails, or fake messages
- Make false or deceptive claims about 360massage products
- Pretend to be 360massage or an official company employee
- Bid on restricted brand terms in paid search campaigns
- Use unauthorized brand names, domains, or social handles
- Create fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading comparisons
- Use fraudulent traffic, fake leads, or self-referrals
- Misrepresent pricing, discounts, warranty, returns, or product availability
- Promote 360massage on websites or platforms containing illegal, harmful, offensive, or brand-damaging content
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
15. International Affiliates
International affiliates are welcome to apply.
Affiliate approval, commission payment, shipping availability, customer eligibility, and promotional terms may vary depending on the affiliate’s country, customer location, payment method, and order details.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable local laws, tax requirements, advertising standards, and platform policies.
16. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, fees, or legal obligations related to their affiliate earnings.
360massage may request tax forms, identity verification, payment details, or business information before processing commission payments where required.
17. Account Review and Termination
360massage may review affiliate accounts, sales, traffic sources, coupon usage, advertising activity, and promotional content at any time.
360massage reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate violates this agreement, harms the 360massage brand, generates fraudulent activity, or promotes products in a misleading or unauthorized way.
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time.
Commissions from verified paid orders generated before termination may still be paid, unless the sale is fraudulent, cancelled, disputed, refunded, or connected to a violation of this agreement.
18. Changes to the Affiliate Program
360massage may update this Affiliate Agreement, commission structure, payment process, tracking method, promotional rules, or eligibility requirements at any time.
Affiliates will be expected to follow the most recent version of the agreement.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
19. Agreement Acceptance
By applying for or participating in the 360massage Affiliate Program, the affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Agreement.
For selected partners, 360massage may also require a signed affiliate document before activating links, coupon codes, commission tracking, or payment access.
