At 360massage, every massage chair is custom-crafted to match your style, your home, and your comfort needs. Because each product is built uniquely for you, our policies are designed to protect both craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and warranty support.

1. Order processing and custom production

Each massage chair is made to order.

From color selection to finishing touches, your chair is built exclusively for you.

Processing and production time:

  • Custom production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
  • Each chair takes 50–60 days to manufacture and prepare for shipment.

Because the product is customized, orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

2. Delivery Time

Since every chair is crafted uniquely, our delivery timeline is different from typical retail orders.

Delivery timeline:

  • Manufacturing + finishing: 50–60 days
  • Shipping: Included within this window
  • We do not offer “fast delivery” or “standard vs non-standard delivery” options.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking updates until the chair arrives safely at your location.

3. Warranty Policy

We proudly offer a 3-month warranty covering:

  • Mechanical malfunctions
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical issues
  • Internal component failures

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper operation
  • Wear-and-tear from normal use
  • Intentional damage or accidents

If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no extra charge.

4. Return policy (custom products)

Because every chair is custom-built, returns are only accepted when there is a serious issue with the product.

You are eligible for a return only if:

  • The chair arrives with broken or missing parts
  • The chair does not function properly
  • The chair has major manufacturing defects

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference (color, feel, design, etc.)
  • Minor cosmetic variations due to handcrafted elements
  • Differences in leather texture or stitching pattern

We do not offer product replacements.

If the chair is eligible for a return, it will be fully refunded once inspected.

To start a return request, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos or videos showing the issue.

5. Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Send photos/videos within 48 hours
  • We will evaluate the issue and initiate a repair, replacement part, or refund, depending on the severity

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund
  • If it later arrives, the chair is yours to keep at no additional cost
