1. Purpose of Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms under which a partner may promote and sell 360massage products and earn commission or partner margin from verified paid customer orders.
In this agreement, the terms affiliate and partner have the same meaning.
This agreement does not create a franchise, employment, agency, or exclusive distribution relationship, and does not create a reseller relationship except as expressly provided in Section 9.
2. Independent Partner Relationship
Affiliates work with 360massage as independent contractors. An affiliate is not an employee, agent, legal representative, or franchisee of 360massage, and is not an official reseller of 360massage except where the dropship method has been approved under Section 9, and then only for orders placed under that method.
Affiliates may not bind 360massage to any agreement, promise, warranty, discount, or customer commitment without written approval from 360massage.
3. Eligibility and Approval
The 360massage Affiliate Program is open to both U.S. and international partners, including but not limited to:
- Influencers and content creators
- Bloggers and review websites
- Coupon and deal websites
- Ecommerce businesses
- Consultants and sales partners
- Wellness, furniture, lifestyle, and home improvement marketers
- Individuals with a relevant audience or customer network
360massage reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or account at its discretion.
4. Partner Dashboard and Account Access
Every approved partner receives access to a partner dashboard showing their tier, verified sales, commission balance, payout history, referral and checkout links, order submissions, and program materials.
360massage creates the account and issues the initial login credentials. Affiliates are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Credentials may not be shared, sold, transferred, or published, and third parties may not be given access, other than the affiliate's own employees or contractors, for whom the affiliate remains fully responsible.
Affiliates must notify 360massage promptly at admin@360massage.com about any unauthorized access to their account. Accounts are personal to the affiliate and may not be transferred or assigned without written consent.
360massage may suspend dashboard access where it reasonably suspects a security issue, fraudulent activity, or a breach of this agreement. The dashboard is provided on an as-available basis, and a temporary interruption does not affect commission already earned.
5. Partnership Methods
360massage offers three partnership methods. The methods approved for an affiliate are recorded in their dashboard account:
- Referral link — the affiliate promotes an approved tracking link and the customer completes the purchase on 360massage.com
- Checkout link — the affiliate places a partner-coded 360massage checkout link on their own site as the buy button
- Dropship order — the affiliate sells on their own channel, collects payment, and submits the order through the dashboard at partner pricing
An affiliate may be approved for more than one method. All chairs sold through every approved method count toward a single cumulative total for the purpose of determining tier under Section 8. 360massage may enable or disable a method for an affiliate at its discretion, on notice.
6. Qualified Sales
A qualified sale means a verified paid order generated through one of the affiliate's approved methods and attributed to the affiliate under Section 7. Only verified and paid customer orders are eligible for commission.
Orders that are unpaid, cancelled before payment, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or not verified by 360massage are not qualified sales.
7. Tracking, Attribution, and Cookie Duration
360massage offers a 90-day cookie duration for affiliate tracking. If a customer clicks an approved affiliate link and completes a verified paid order within 90 days, the affiliate may receive commission for that sale, provided the order is properly tracked and verified.
Where more than one partner code, link, coupon, or referral source is involved in the same order, credit is determined in the following order of priority:
- An order submitted by a partner through the dashboard under the dropship method
- A partner coupon code applied by the customer at checkout
- A partner code carried by a checkout link used to reach checkout
- The most recent valid referral cookie within the 90-day window
Affiliates may not modify, cloak, mask, reframe, or redirect an approved link, and may not alter, remove, or substitute a partner code. A standard link shortener may be used provided the destination and partner code are unchanged.
Tracking depends on browser behavior, customer device settings, and third-party platforms, and 360massage does not guarantee that every click or visit will be recorded. Attribution is determined by 360massage tracking and order systems, subject to the review and dispute process in Section 10.
8. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission based on the number of chairs sold through verified paid orders.
How the tier is determined. The applicable rate is based on the cumulative number of chairs sold through verified paid orders across all approved partnership methods, counted from the effective date of the agreement. The count is not reset per order or per calendar year.
How the tier is applied. The rate is applied per chair, based on that chair's position in the cumulative count. The first 3 chairs earn 20%. Every chair after the first 3 earns 40%. Where a single order crosses the threshold, each chair in that order is commissioned at the rate for its own position in the count. Commission on orders already completed and paid is not recalculated retroactively.
Commission base. The commission percentage is applied to the total price paid for the chair, as confirmed by 360massage, after any discount, coupon, or promotional reduction. Separately stated taxes and government fees added at checkout are excluded.
Returned and refunded orders. A chair sold through a verified paid order stays in the cumulative count even if the customer later returns it or receives a refund under our return policy or warranty terms, consistent with Section 12. Orders that are unpaid, cancelled before payment, or determined to be self-referred or fraudulent do not count and are removed from the total.
Partner tiers. The dashboard displays a tier badge reflecting the cumulative count: Starter (no verified sales), Bronze (1 to 3 chairs), Silver (4 to 10 chairs), and Gold (more than 10 chairs). The badge reflects the count and does not change how the rates above are applied per chair.
9. Dropship Orders
This section applies only where 360massage has approved the dropship method for an affiliate, as recorded in their dashboard account. Where it applies, it takes precedence over Sections 1 and 2 for orders placed under this method.
Sales and customer ownership. The affiliate sells on their own website or channel, processes their customer's payment, and owns that customer transaction and relationship. The affiliate is responsible for any sales tax or other taxes applicable to their own sales.
Ordering. For each sale, the affiliate submits the order through the dashboard at the applicable partner price, using the end customer's delivery details, and pays 360massage in full at the time the order is submitted. There is no inventory requirement and no minimum order quantity.
Partner pricing. Partner prices are a discount off the current retail price of the chair on 360massage.com at the time the order is submitted:
The discount is applied per chair, based on that chair's position in the cumulative count across all approved methods, on the same basis as Section 8.
No commission on dropship chairs. Compensation on a dropship order is the difference between the partner price and the affiliate's own selling price. No commission under Sections 8 and 11 is payable on chairs purchased at partner pricing, and commission and partner pricing may not be combined on the same chair.
Fulfillment. 360massage handles all logistics and ships directly to the affiliate's customer at no shipping charge, in 360massage branding. Published delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. 360massage is responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
Minimum advertised price. Affiliates may not advertise, list, or display any 360massage product at a price below that product's current retail price on 360massage.com, on their own website or in any advertising, email, social media, marketplace, or other promotional channel.
Returns on dropship orders. Returns are handled under the 360massage 90-day return policy, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. The affiliate refunds their customer, and 360massage refunds the affiliate the partner price paid for that chair once the chair has been received back. Affiliates may not offer customers return terms that differ from our published policy.
10. Commission Verification, Statements, and Disputes
Verification. An order is verified when 360massage confirms it as paid in its order system and matches it to the affiliate under Section 7. Commission is recorded in the dashboard as pending until the order is verified, as approved once it is verified, and as paid once payment has been released.
The dashboard is the record of account. The dashboard is the official record of an affiliate's verified sales, cumulative count, tier, commission balance, and payouts. Payout records in the dashboard, including the payout number, amount, date, and receipt, are evidence that payment was made.
Disputes. If an affiliate believes a figure in the dashboard is incorrect, they must notify 360massage in writing at admin@360massage.com within 30 days of the date the figure first appears. 360massage will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time. After 30 days, a figure is treated as accepted and final, except in the case of manifest error or fraud.
Corrections. 360massage may correct a duplicate, test, mis-attributed, cancelled, or fraudulent entry at any time, and will record the reason in the dashboard. A correction of this kind is not a reversal of earned commission under Section 12.
11. Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are payable after a qualified paid order is verified. There is no minimum payout threshold, and affiliates may receive commission after each verified paid sale.
Commission is normally paid within 24 hours of the order being verified, and no later than 72 hours from verification. Where a payment is delayed beyond that period by a banking holiday, payment provider processing time, or incorrect payment details, 360massage releases payment as soon as the delay is resolved.
360massage accepts different payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfer, PayPal, check, store credit, or another payment method agreed between 360massage and the affiliate.
The affiliate is responsible for providing correct payment information and for keeping their payment details current in the dashboard. 360massage is not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect payment details provided by the affiliate.
12. Commission Protection on Returns and Refunds
Once an order is verified and paid, the related commission is earned.
If a customer later returns the chair or receives a refund under our published return policy or warranty terms, the affiliate keeps the commission for that sale in full. 360massage does not reverse, deduct, withhold, or reclaim commission because a customer exercised a return or warranty right. As the seller of record, we treat a customer return as our own commercial responsibility and not as a failure of the affiliate's referral.
Exception for self-referred and fraudulent orders. This protection does not apply to any order that is not a genuine third-party customer sale. Where 360massage determines that an order was placed by the affiliate, or by any person or entity acting on their behalf, or under an assumed, false, second, or otherwise alternative identity, for the purpose of generating commission, the related commission is void. This includes an order placed and later returned or cancelled in order to obtain commission on a sale that was never genuine.
In that event, 360massage may withhold or reverse the commission, recover any amount already paid, cancel all other unpaid commissions, suspend or terminate the agreement under Section 25, and pursue any civil or criminal remedy available to it, including claims for fraud and recovery of its costs, expenses, and reasonable legal fees.
Commission is also not payable on orders that are unpaid, cancelled before payment, duplicated, charged back, disputed by the payment provider, or not verified by 360massage. 360massage may review any order where there is a concern about fraud, tracking abuse, misleading promotion, customer confusion, or violation of this agreement, and may use automated checks to identify self-referred or suspicious orders.
13. Warranty and Return Representation
Every 360massage chair includes a 3-year limited warranty covering parts and mechanical components, and a 90-day return window with free delivery and free return shipping at no restocking fee. Custom-color chairs are returnable on the same terms as standard models.
Warranty claims are handled directly by 360massage. We supply replacement parts and arrange technician dispatch at our own cost. Affiliates are never responsible for fulfilling, funding, or administering a warranty claim.
Affiliates must represent warranty coverage and return terms exactly as stated on the official 360massage warranty and returns pages. Affiliates may not extend, shorten, guarantee, or otherwise modify these terms, and may not offer their own warranty, return, or refund promises on behalf of 360massage. Misrepresenting warranty or return terms is a violation of Section 21.
14. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote 360massage through approved and ethical marketing methods, including:
- Websites and blogs
- Social media content
- YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and similar platforms
- Email marketing
- Paid advertising
- Coupon and deal websites
- Product reviews and comparison content
- Direct referral and personal sales outreach
- Ecommerce and content marketing channels
All promotional activity must be accurate, honest, and consistent with 360massage branding and product information.
15. Paid Advertising Rules
Affiliates are allowed to use paid advertising to promote 360massage products. However, affiliates are not allowed to bid on, target, or misuse 360massage brand terms in search ads or paid campaigns.
Restricted brand terms include, but are not limited to:
- 360massage
- Weltron
- Auren
- Ayla
- Rayan
- Niyak
- Any other 360massage product name, brand name, trademark, or close variation
Affiliates may not create ads that appear to be official 360massage ads unless they receive written approval from 360massage. Affiliates may not use misleading display URLs, fake discounts, unauthorized claims, or ad copy that suggests they are the official 360massage website.
16. Coupon Codes and Deal Websites
Affiliates may use coupon codes, discount codes, and deal websites to promote 360massage products. Affiliate-created codes must be approved by 360massage before use.
Affiliates may not publish fake, expired, unauthorized, or misleading discounts. 360massage reserves the right to remove, disable, or reject any coupon code or promotional offer that does not align with its pricing, brand, or business goals.
17. Use of Product Images, Videos, and Marketing Materials
360massage may make product images, videos, catalogues, and other marketing materials available to affiliates through the partner dashboard. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use those materials for the sole purpose of promoting 360massage products during the term of the agreement.
Affiliates may not edit, distort, misrepresent, resell, or sublicense these materials, or use them in a way that damages the brand, creates false expectations, or misleads customers. 360massage may ask an affiliate to remove or update any image, video, claim, or promotional material at any time.
The license ends when the agreement ends. Affiliates must stop using 360massage materials and remove them from their website, listings, advertising, and channels within 30 days of termination.
18. Product Claims and Brand Representation
Affiliates must promote 360massage products honestly and responsibly.
Affiliates may not make false, exaggerated, medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed-result claims unless those claims are officially provided or approved by 360massage.
Affiliates may not claim that a massage chair cures, treats, prevents, or diagnoses any disease or medical condition.
Affiliates may describe general comfort, relaxation, wellness, recovery support, design, customization, and product features based on official 360massage information.
19. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for following all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws in their location and in the markets where they promote 360massage products.
Where required, affiliates should clearly disclose that they may earn commission from qualifying purchases.
The affiliate is responsible for making sure their promotional content follows applicable advertising rules and platform policies.
20. Customer Data and Privacy
Where an affiliate submits a dropship order, they provide 360massage with personal data belonging to their end customer, including name, delivery address, and contact details. The affiliate confirms they have a lawful basis to share that data for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and that the details provided are accurate.
360massage uses that data only to fulfill, deliver, and support the order, and to meet its warranty and return obligations. Each party handles personal data received under this agreement in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Affiliates may not use customer data obtained through the partner dashboard or the program for any purpose other than completing and supporting the related sale, and may not sell, rent, export, or transfer that data to any third party.
21. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam, misleading emails, or fake messages
- Make false or deceptive claims about 360massage products
- Pretend to be 360massage or an official company employee
- Bid on restricted brand terms in paid search campaigns
- Use unauthorized brand names, domains, or social handles
- Create fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading comparisons
- Use fraudulent traffic, fake leads, or tracking manipulation
- Purchase 360massage products through their own referral link, checkout link, or coupon code, whether directly or through another person, entity, or identity
- Share, sell, transfer, or publish partner dashboard credentials, or allow unauthorized access to the partner account
- Modify, cloak, mask, reframe, or redirect an approved link, or alter or substitute a partner code
- Submit false, speculative, or test dropship orders, or submit an order they have not been paid for by their own customer
- Misrepresent pricing, discounts, warranty, returns, or product availability
- Promote 360massage on websites or platforms containing illegal, harmful, offensive, or brand-damaging content
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
22. International Partners
International partners are welcome to apply.
Approval, commission payment, shipping availability, customer eligibility, and promotional terms may vary depending on the partner's country, customer location, payment method, and order details.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable local laws, tax requirements, advertising standards, and platform policies.
23. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, fees, duties, or legal obligations related to their affiliate earnings or partner margin.
24. Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive non-public information from 360massage, including commission details, partner pricing, product information, marketing plans, customer-related details, or internal business information.
Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without written permission from 360massage, except as required by law.
25. Account Review and Termination
360massage may review affiliate accounts, sales, traffic sources, coupon usage, advertising activity, and promotional content at any time.
360massage reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate violates this agreement, harms the 360massage brand, generates fraudulent activity, or promotes products in a misleading or unauthorized way. Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time on written notice.
360massage may suspend an account instead of terminating it. Suspension pauses new sales, commission accrual, and dropship ordering, but does not cancel commission already earned and approved.
Commissions from verified paid orders generated before termination remain payable, including commission on orders later returned or refunded under Section 12, unless the sale is fraudulent, self-referred, charged back, or connected to a violation of this agreement. Dropship orders already paid for will be fulfilled, and warranty and return obligations for chairs already sold continue.
On termination, dashboard access ends and the affiliate must stop using their referral links, checkout links, coupon codes, and 360massage materials, and remove them from their website and marketing within 30 days. 360massage may retain order, commission, and payout records after termination as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
26. Changes to the Affiliate Program
360massage may update this Affiliate Agreement, commission structure, payment process, tracking method, promotional rules, partner pricing, or eligibility requirements at any time. Notice of a change is given under Section 27.
A change to the commission structure or partner pricing applies only to sales generated after the change takes effect, and is not applied retroactively to sales already completed.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after notice of a change means the affiliate accepts the updated terms.
27. Notices and Electronic Signature
Notices to an affiliate may be given by email to the address on their account or by an announcement posted in the partner dashboard, and either method constitutes written notice. Notices to 360massage must be sent to admin@360massage.com. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their contact details current in the dashboard.
The parties agree that this agreement, and any amendment or addendum to it, may be signed electronically, including by acceptance through the partner dashboard, and that an electronic signature or recorded electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360massage is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from this agreement, affiliate tracking issues, dashboard availability, customer decisions, platform changes, advertising account issues, or third-party service interruptions.
For commission-based activity, the total liability of 360massage under this agreement will not exceed the amount of unpaid verified commissions owed to the affiliate at the time the claim arises.
For dropship transactions under Section 9, the total liability of 360massage will not exceed the partner price paid for the chair or chairs giving rise to the claim, together with any amount paid for a chair that has not been delivered. This limit does not restrict our obligations for warranty service, damaged shipments, or returns.
29. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
30. Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the entire understanding between 360massage and the affiliate regarding affiliate referrals, partner sales, and commission-based compensation.
Any modification, custom commission arrangement, custom partner price, territory right, exclusive right, or special condition must be agreed in writing by both parties.
31. Special Terms or Custom Commission Notes
The signed agreement includes a Special Terms section for approved custom commission rates, custom partner pricing, approved partnership methods, payment notes, or territory-specific terms.
Where no additional terms apply, that section reads None and the standard terms of this agreement apply in full.
32. Agreement Acceptance
By applying for or participating in the 360massage Affiliate Program, the affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Agreement.
360massage requires a signed affiliate document before activating dashboard access, affiliate links, checkout links, coupon codes, commission tracking, dropship ordering, or payment access.
