We suggest you wear comfy clothes or athletic clothing but whatever you have on, if perhaps you are sneaking in from work is fine too. Many people worry about if they are expected to be naked during the massage. At 360 Massage and Holistic Care, you will always be fully medically draped during your treatments. This is a professional environment. We only expose the area where we are working at that time.
Make sure you are bathed the same day as your treatment. Make sure you have drank plenty of water before your treatment. Hydration is key on removing built up metabolic waste and toxins from your soft tissue.
The simple answer is yes, please. If it is your first time visiting us please allow yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to find us, you will also need to fill out an intake form before we can start your therapy.
We accept cash, check, visa, MC and discover. We expect all payments to be made at the time of your appointments.
Please allow your therapist a 24 hours notice prior to a missed appointment in order to avoid a full charge of your treatment.
We are open by appointment. All of our massage therapists set their own schedules. 360 has therapists working by appointment Monday through Saturday as early as 9am and as late as 8pm. We are sure to be able to fit you in with some advanced notice. We always welcome the last minute call and will do our very best to accommodate you.
Currently we are unable to accept insurance, but we hope this will change soon. With that being said, we are very happy to make an invoice for you to submit for reimbursement. We have had success with clients using their flex accounts to cover massage treatments. We are more than happy to help you set this up. We encourage you to make a phone call or write your insurance care provider and tell them to start covering massage therapy, because it’s about time! P.S. to submit for reimbursement or to use your flex account you may need a note from your physician stating you would benefit from massage therapy, most are happy to do so.
